The Plant Based World Expo 2024

Back in early September, we set up our booth — #302, to be exact — at the Javits Center to participate in the annual Plant Based World Expo.

Besides communing with all our wonderful vegan food friends, it was a major highlight for us to exhibit our house-brand cheese for the first time. Yes, that’s right. Over 2 jam-packed days, we gave out hundreds of samples of our Solo Pantry vegan cheese, which comes in both Cheddar and Mozzarella flavors, to hungry expo goers and received rave reviews. (People loved that it melts and stretches when cooked!)

Coalition for Healthy School Food’s 20th Anniversary: Vegan Tasting Extravaganza! Eat Up!!

On October 25th, we went to the Coalition for Healthy School Food‘s 20th Anniversary: Vegan Tasting Extravaganza! Eat Up!! The Coalition for Healthy School Food is a nonprpofit dedicated to promoting nutrition education and helping schools add healthy options to their menus. They also stress how our food choices impact our health, the health of the planet, social justice issues, and more.

When we attended their Vegan Tasting Extravaganza, we were overjoyed to see so many of our customers there, including Le Botaniste, Spicy Moon, Candle, V-Spot, Plnt Burger, and Nana’s A Vegan. We also chatted with many Ace vendors, including Lakewood, Edward & Sons, Stockeld, and Shire’s.

As always, we’re honored to be part of such a strong community of people and businesses striving to make the world a better, more earth-friendly place for the humans, animals, and plants that inhabit it.
