Hi Boston! Ace Natural is excited to expand our service area in the Boston region, making fresh, responsibly sourced produce and specialty items easier to get to your kitchen. We are now delivering three days a week—Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with a lower minimum order of $650 and a 4 PM order cutoff the day before. That means you can place orders by 4 PM on Sunday for Monday delivery.
This expansion is part of our commitment to make high-quality, transparent sourcing more accessible to restaurants, retailers, and chefs across the greater Boston area. We know timely deliveries and manageable minimums matter for busy kitchens, so reducing the minimum and increasing delivery frequency is designed to help you order more often, and with more ease. If you already work with a salesperson, they’ll be ready to answer any questions and support your transition.
Whether you’re looking for organic seasonal produce, organic staples, or specialty pantry items, Ace Natural is here to simplify procurement while maintaining the standards you expect. Please reach out to your salesperson or our Customer Service Team if you have questions or need assistance. Our Customer Service Team will process orders sent online, by email, or voicemail on Sundays for Monday deliveries. There is no live customer phone service on Sundays; calls go to voicemail and our team will listen and process messages. We hope this approach gives you more flexibility to order when it works for your schedule.
