At Ace Natural we take pride in developing long-term relationships with our vendors. Supporting like-minded vendors, creating “win-win” partnerships, and showcasing new and innovative healthy products through our organic platform is part of our mission.

Please follow the next steps to provide us with the necessary information that we need to properly evaluate your company and products. After the application and forms are submitted, we will start the final evaluation process and get back to you at our earliest convenience.

Important Notice: the process will not start until each one of the necessary documents was properly submitted as requested.

Steps to become our vendor:

1. Go through the wizard to provide us the information that we need to set you up as a vendor.
2. Download and fill out the IRS W9 form. (A link to the form will be provided for your convenience).
3. Have the following documents ready for upload during the process:
   1. Catalog with prices or product page with pricing.(including product’s dimension and packaging information)
   2. Completed and signed W9 form.
   3. Letter of Continuing Guarantee.
   4. Updated organic certificate. (when applicable).
   5. Updated kosher certificate. (when applicable)
   6. Company’s GMO-Free statement. (when applicable)
   7. Updated GMO-Free Verified Project certificate (when applicable)
   8. IMPORTANT NOTICE: To become a new Ace Natural, Inc. vendor, you are required to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for a minimum of $1,000,000 listing Ace Natural, Inc. 249-257 E Sandford Blvd. Mount Vernon, NY 10550 as additional insured.
      Make sure to start this new vendor form only when you have the certificate of insurance as described above because it will be mandatory to upload the document in the process.
      Vendors that uploaded certificates of insurance that do not meet all the above-mentioned requirements will not be taken into consideration.
