ORDERS
As soon as you filled out and submitted this form, you will receive a welcome email with a link to our catalog. Keep in mind that this catalog is what we stock in our warehouse. We are able to get almost anything that is available in the natural/organic trade, so if you don’t see it in our catalog, please do not hesitate to ask for it.
For your first order, you should place it live with a customer service representative. After we have a stock order list for your account, you can use our voicemail system to leave an order after business hours.
For special orders products, please be aware that to insure that your order will be shipped on the next day, we will need to have your order in our system by 10 am the day before. If you do not place your special products order by then, the order may be held and delivered a day later. For example: Order Monday before 10 am and receive it Tuesday…order Monday after 10 am and receive it Wednesday.
NUTRIFRESH CUSTOMERS DELIVERIES
We deliver to the Nutrifresh facility on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
We strongly encourage you to place your orders with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Order deadline is the previous day before 10am.
Depending on the day, we can usually provide you with a deliver-time- window. Your “window” is never guaranteed unless specifically planned with the operations manager. If you have a request, please call to make an arrangement.
PICK UP
Pick up orders are available 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There is no minimum required for pick up orders, however you must call your order in beforehand. If you wish call ahead to expedite your time spent here, you may do so however there is no guarantee that your order will be ready when you get here. We realize that parking is not easy here so if you come within the hours stated for pick up you may park in our loading bay.
TERMS
As a courtesy to NUTRIFRESH customers, we have waved order minimum and the credit card fee when orders are shipped to the NUTRIFRESH facility.
All accounts are C.O.D. unless otherwise arranged with management.
Drivers accept checks, cash or credit cards.
Checks returned to us unpaid are subject to a $30 penalty.
After four months of weekly deliveries totaling at least $500 per week, any account, if requested may be reviewed to qualify for credit terms.
Credit terms start at 15 days and may be increased incrementally over time however no account shall have more than 30-day terms.
All terms are subject to change based on satisfactory payment history.
