CUSTOMER SERVICE & PLACING ORDERS
Customer service is available live by phone from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at 718-784-
6000 x 0. After these hours, phone orders can be left on the general voicemail box.
Orders can also be placed by email to: orders@acenatural.com. Any order received Sundays through
Thursdays before 11:00 PM* will be processed for your next available delivery day. We do have a phone app.

INVENTORY & BACK ORDERS
Our catalogs generally represent (unless otherwise noted) what we stock in our warehouse. We are able to
get almost anything that is available in the natural/organic trade, so if you don’t see it in our catalog, please
do not hesitate to ask for it.
For ‘special order’ products, lead time can vary. For many of these, it is two business days. Often we can
removed the ‘special order’ status from a product you need regularly. Just let us know how often, and we’ll
communicate with our purchasing team.
Although we have a very high fulfillment rate, we do not guarantee 100% of products to be in stock all the
time. When we have a short or a back order, and the resulting back order is below the minimum for delivery,
we will not automatically deliver that back order. Generally, you will need to place a new order which is over
the minimum to receive it on your next delivery day.

We are always developing regions and expanding. If there is an area not yet shown there, just let us know.
We can usually provide you with a delivery window. Of course the window cannot be guaranteed, however if
you make a specific request, please contact us and our operations team will do their best to accommodate.
PICK UP
Pick up orders are available 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There is no minimum required for pick up orders,
however you must place your order beforehand. With a few hours’ notice, we’ll do our best to have it ready
when you arrive.
PRICING & TERMS
Prices are subject to change without notice. All new accounts without a completed & approved credit
application are C.O.D. This form is not an application for credit. All opening orders must be paid on delivery.
Effective November 1st, 2021, our drivers will no longer be collecting payments at the time of delivery. All
payments will have to be sent in directly using one of the methods outlined below:
- Complete a credit card authorization form; has a 2.5% payment method adjustment.
- Complete an ACH authorization form; no fee; takes 3 business days to validate.
- Pay by Zelle using contact tor@acenatural.com; no fee.
- Pay via Click2Pay by Billfire, information sheet attached / more details can be found by following this link to a short explanatory video.
After three months of weekly deliveries totaling at least $500 per week, any account, if requested, can
complete the credit application process to be reviewed to qualify for credit terms.
All terms are subject to change based on satisfactory payment history.
