Roasted Turnip & Squash Medley

We recommend that restaurants/retailers offer this medley as a side dish special or package it for grab-and-go prepared foods. Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss turnips, squash, and carrots with olive oil, smoked paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and caramelized.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
